Piaglowunie Refund and Returns Policy

At Piaglowunie, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read below for the terms and procedures regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (see section 6 below).

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either issue a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to process your claim.

5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

7. Cancellation of Orders
